We accept local Thai bank transfers, international wire transfers (for overseas owners), and companies like Wise and Revolut.
For all emergency services, a call-out fee must be paid upfront. This ensures a priority responder is dispatched to your location immediately to mitigate any property damage.
Because these services involve government processing fees and specialized labor, full payment is required before we begin the documentation process with Thai Immigration.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 24/48 hours in advance are eligible for a Full/Partial refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for specific cancellation windows.

For large-scale projects like Intensive Deep Cleaning or Full Inventory Shopping, we may offer a deposit-based structure. However, for all routine services, the full balance is required upfront.
