• Basic Appliance Test: Turning on the A/C, TV, fridge, washing machine, kettle and more to ensure they power up.

• Basic Plumbing Flush: Flushing toilets and running water taps to check flow and prevent sewer smells.

• Room Airing: Opening windows for 15 minutes to let fresh air in and remove stale odors.

• Media Report: Providing a basic photo and short video update sent via WhatsApp or Email.
